We need this form filled out for each child you have auditioning. Please have a parent or guardian come to auditions with you.
Auditions will be held at 8105 2200 W, West Jordan, UT 84088 from 6-9pm. (Canyon View Credit Union Community Arts Center
Prepare to sing approximately 30 - 45 seconds of music in the style of the show
Resumes and headshots welcome, but not required
Bring your backing music on a device with Bluetooth capabilities or you can bring a hand held speaker. (No accompanist will be provided)

Because Into the Woods has complex music and specific roles, there will be fewer ensemble parts for this show. Please note that rehearsal availability will play a big part in casting decisions, as the show’s timing and music work best when the full cast can rehearse together regularly.
